Luis Meloni

Luis completed his undergraduate studies at the Catholic University of São Paulo and received his Master's degree from the University of São Paulo in 2011. During his Master’s and PhD years, Luis worked in a variety of development projects. Between 2012 and 2013, Luis coordinated an impact evaluation of a one-time medical intervention in the city of Per-nambuco in the northeast of Brazil performed by the University of São Paulo’s Medical School. During this period, he also worked as a consultant for the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) on several projects, studying, among other things, the effects of accountability policies and the effects of information and communication technologies on student performance.
